📋 Full Send Cleanouts — Service Terms
  • Base price of $699 covers a standard 2-car garage. Each additional car space is +$200. Confirmed during your post-booking call.
  • A $297 deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is charged day of service. By booking, you authorize this charge.
  • Full cleanout is performed by a 2-person crew and takes approximately 8–10 hours. Customer must provide ready, unobstructed access for the full service day.
  • Service includes one standard haul-away load (approximately 10 cubic yards — enough for a full 2-car garage of mixed furniture, boxes, and household debris). Significant overages discussed in advance.
  • Full Send Cleanouts reserves the right to refuse items deemed unsafe, excessively heavy, or logistically impractical. This includes but is not limited to: non-running vehicles the owner has decided to sell after all, industrial machinery, safes over 500 lbs, sections of railroad track, structural concrete, commercial walk-in freezers, decommissioned ATMs, the engine block from that project car, and anything our crew looks at and goes quiet. When in doubt — mention it on the booking form.
  • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, propane, asbestos) will not be removed. Customer responsible for proper disposal.
  • Package includes up to 20 Facebook Marketplace listings. Additional listings at $10 each. All listings require customer approval before going live.
  • We respond to buyer inquiries within 3–6 business hours. Fast responses are critical on Marketplace — we treat your listings with urgency.
  • Customer agrees to make reasonable accommodations to coordinate with buyers for pickup at their home. Full Send sends buyers to you — payment happens between buyer and customer directly.
