A $297 deposit is collected when you book online — that locks in your day. The remaining balance is charged day of service. Total of $699 for a standard 2-car garage. Flat rate, no surprises.
Can I realistically make my money back?

How many people show up?

We photograph your sellable items during the cleanout, research what identical or comparable items are actually selling for in Charleston right now, write the listings, and post them on Facebook Marketplace. What happens to items that don't sell?
After a reasonable listing window, unsold items are donated to local charities or hauled away — your choice. Nothing gets left behind.
Is the deposit refundable?
Non-refundable but fully transferable. Need to reschedule? No problem — we'll move you to a new date at no charge with reasonable notice.
